Cucina Alba case study, Misfit Marketing
A little corner of Italy in New York and LA. We took over a feed that was polished but static, and a TikTok with a couple of posts and no strategy. So we built a brand world you can step into. Looser, warmer, more approachable.

WE casualized IT.
Before us it was static images. Polished, and completely still. We put the camera where the restaurant actually happens: hands on the pass, pasta being pulled, service in motion. A brand world instead of a gallery.
We took their TikTok on properly. There'd been a post or two, but no strategy behind it. Now it runs to a plan, and it's growing.
Three weeks in, we'd beaten everything they'd posted.
House focaccia and whipped ricotta, posted inside our first two weeks. It beat everything the restaurant had ever put out, on either platform.
We usually ask clients for three months before we expect an impact. Alba saw one in three weeks.
